Who told you, YOU were a good woman?

Its easy to want a good man, but here's a question that you want to think about...."are you a good woman". Of course we are all going to say yes but when you sit down by yourself, no one around, in peace and tranquility....can you truly say "Im a good woman". If so, who told you-you were?

Who was your example on how a good woman carries herself? Remember these are hypothetical questions. The next question is -Was your example of a good woman married or single? Cant no one show you how to do something that they haven't been successful at. If you want a good man, you need to know how to play your role as a good woman. You may have had a great mother and the strength in her held everything in your life together but if she was a single mother, are you mistaking that for your example. Once again cant no one teach you something they havent even been successful at doing themselves. Please don't get me wrong, this is not to take anything away from single mothers but when it comes to knowing HOW to become a good woman to a man, those characteristics are taught and its never to late to learn.

Alot of time when we are looking for a good man, we start this process by making a few mistakes. The first is, if you are working on your own progression spiritually, financially, emotionally and physically then a good man will find you so STOP LOOKING. Second as women, we sometimes just don't know our 'role' and that's at no fault of our own, we just need to have the right example to show us. Third we have our own ways of doing things that sometimes interferes with the way our partner does things and when theres no mutual meeting grounds confusion comes in, damages our relationship and damages us as a person and we end up taking this baggage into future relationships, meanwhile unconsciously building shaky foundations in everything we touch.

The point is, make sure you have good examples (people) that can show you how to handle the things that you want in your life. Life's best teacher is experience and that's self explanatory.

Ole built face Lamar Odom and tall face Khloe Kardashian renew their wedding vows after one year of marriage yesterday.

Really?? Are ya'll serious right now. I mean was it that hard to continue to stay married for a year (maybe so for celebs), or is muscle face Lamar so siked that he got a successful beautiful wife that he celebrating 'er' (yes 'er') damn day. Now, Lamar lets be real here, you know goodness well if you were not a millionaire NBA star then you would be the dead beat baby daddy of some jumpoff name Shanikqua from the projects LOL. I mean, can we be real here people!! The only thing cute on him is his money and Khloe aint no fool so 2thumbs up to her!

They only knew each other for a few months prior to marriage so of course no one is expecting them to last, so after one year *standing ovation* you two seem to be beating the odds. Congrats

Mariah Carey Busts her Chops on stage in Singapore

ohhhhh Snap Beans!!! Mariah Carey just dropped it low and it was NOT a dance move honey!! Home girl was in full Diva mode and missed a step. She recovered gracefully, played it off by saying "I meant to do that" and continued singing. Her assistants rushed to her side and helped her take the 6inch killer heels off and she went on to perform barefooted. What a class act!! Go girl!

Now one thing you may noticed is the obvious weight gain on the new Mrs.Cannon, hmmmmm is that a baby bump???? It looks that way to me, if so Mrs. Cannon you better lay off them heels girl!!

She's still a beauty and congrats on the addition to your family, just do us a favor and sit yo ass down somewhere because nothing is more important than your safety especially if you are carrying a seed chile!

She's down to earth, funny, smart and Unique. I just cant get enough of her.

Now I can't say, I love EVERYTHING she wears but I appreciate EVERYTHING she brings to fashion. She's a risk taker and she stands out. One of my favorite quotes is "dont try to fit in when you were born to stand out" and she does that PERFECTLY.

Amber Rose is a Ford model who has graced magazine covers like Smooth, Vibe, Gotham, Louis Vuitton print ads, and numerous music videos just to name a few. She catapulted to super stardom with the high profile relationship to Music Mogul Kanye West. As outrageous, trendy and risky as he is, she was his perfect match.

Amber does most of her shopping from the designer runways worldwide and is often seen the the front rows of these iconic events. All in all, this lady does not disappoint and her beautiful spirit is the icing on the cake that compliments her physical beauty.

Pastors GONE Wild!

Ummmmmm, is there a reason why this nationally known pastor of 25thousand is in the tightest clothes he could find and flexing like he just won the Mr. Strong Man USA competition?



Well maybe there is a reason, maybe not. One thing is for certain, those pictures alone raises my eyebrow. This pastor is Bishop Eddie Long who oversees a Mega Church near Atlanta, GA.

Here's where the drama comes in, Young men are coming forward stating that this pastor has taking indecent liberites with them, engaging in homosexual acts, drugging them, vacationing with them in exotic countries all to seduce them and take the only thing that makes a male feel alpha--his MANHOOD. At last count, 4 young men have stepped forward with their aligations with their ages ranging from 16-22. Bishop Long is one of the most prominate pastors in the Black Community so if this turns out to be true, DAMN, he done set black folks back 50 years.

One of his accusers was caught and charged with burglarizing Bishop Long private office at his church back in June and this crime has his creditablity in question.

Bishop's attorney states that the crime by one of the accusers shows that this entire mess is about money and extortion.

The accuser fired back and stated the reason he broke into the church office was for evidence because he was planning to "out" the bishop and knew no one whould believe him.

Now believe what you want Loyal Royals but you got to admit, this not looking good for this pastor, whatever the case, I hope none of his followers question their "faith" in the most high.

Ok apparenty actress Gabby Sidibe's skin was lightened by Elle Magazine when retouching the photos for the October issue. Its clear the the actress skin is not naturaly this light. So the question is: Why must Magazines do this?

Are you more "accepted" if your skin is lighter?

Are you more likely to be recognized and successful if you conform to the European look of straight hair, light skin and a model thin frame?

Elle shot 4 different actresses for this October's issue and the full body shots by the other women, sends a obvious 'shot' to Ms. Gabby...




This is'nt the first time black celebrities have had their photos altered. L'Oreal came under fire in 2008 for a Beyoncé magazine ad where she looked almost like a white woman.

Dwight Howard gives a Dying woman her last wish

NBA star Dwight Howard is a Big Ole Sweetheart!! OMG, if he didnt have the ladies swarming over him at first, this next story will make you want to know a little more about him.

An elderly woman by the name of Kay Kellogg (no relation to the cereal lol) last wish was to simply meet her hero D. Howard. She's suffering from an aggressive cancer and the only thing she wanted was to spend a few minutes with someone she says "makes me feel good inside, he's such a precious and wonderful kid".

So her daughter had a bright idea to contact the Magics and tell them her mother's dying wish. A few days later...who shows up at her door? Dwight and all his fineness! Good God! Thats enough to make me go to heaven right there lol. He was suppose to stay for 30 mins and ended up staying for 2hours. Wow! He chilled and chatted it up with her and really enjoyed himself.

and to really set things off upon leaving..she stood up and gave him a hug, he told her "You are taller than me"

she says "thats the silliest thing I've ever heard"

His response "No, you're taller than me because your spirits lift you up"

-----*tears* OMG!! STOP!! this was too damn sweet for me, excuse me while I grab some Kleenex!

Ya'll Remember Rodney King???

Ya'll Remember Rodney King??? Ok for the young bucks...Rodney King became a house hold name after a senseless beating by LAPD in 1992. Now we all know the LAPD is known for taking things to far but beating a man to a pulp with batons, kicks and punches while other officers just watched is extremely excessive! Good thing a good Samaritan was videotaping the entire incident!! King suffered from 11 skull fractures, permanent brain damage, broken teeth and bones, and kidney damage! I mean damn!! Fo REAL!! The footage of the beating made News Headlines around the world but the officers involved were still acquitted. Their acquittals sparked the 1992 L.A. street riots which left dozens dead and billions of dollars in damages! In a civil settlement King was awarded a $3.8 million settlement!

Ok well thats the scoop on who Rodney King is....now he's in the news again because he is set to wed a juror from his 1992 trial!! Wow! Aint that something! This juror who's name is Kelley was one of King's strongest supporters during the trial.
